Pages & Content
Your event website is made up of pages. You can enable or disable each page, and manage their content from the Pages section of the sidebar.
Enabling & disabling pages
Go to Pages → Add page (bottom of the Pages sidebar section) to enable optional pages such as Speakers, Sponsors, FAQ, and Venue. Once enabled, a page appears in your sidebar and becomes visible on your event site.
To remove a page, click the × next to its name in the sidebar. The Home page is always enabled and cannot be removed.

Schedule
Manage sessions from Content → Schedule. Each session has:
- Title — the session name displayed on the schedule page.
- Start & end time — shown in the event's local timezone.
- Track — group sessions by stage, room, or topic.
- Speaker(s) — link one or more speakers from your speaker list.
- Description — a short summary of the session.
Sessions are ordered by start time automatically on the public schedule page.
Sponsors
Go to Content → Sponsors to add sponsor logos. For each sponsor, provide:
- Company name
- Logo image — uploaded directly (stored on Cloudinary).
- Tier — e.g. Gold, Silver, Bronze. Create your own tier names.
- Website URL — optional; makes the logo a clickable link.
Sponsors are grouped by tier on the public Sponsors page, with higher tiers displayed more prominently.
FAQ
Enable the FAQ page first (see above), then go to Content → FAQ. Add as many question/answer pairs as you need. They appear as a collapsible accordion on the public FAQ page.
Common uses: ticketing info, travel & accommodation, accessibility, code of conduct, refund policy.
Global layout (nav & footer)
Go to Pages → Global Layout to configure what appears in your site's navigation bar and footer — including which pages show up in the nav menu, and any footer links or text.
